Started my PhD in November 2018 under the supervision of Dr. Teresa Pellegrino in her Nanomaterials for Biomedical application group at IIT, Genoa. My thesis work is based on developing responsive polymer functionalized nanomaterials for cancer treatment. Before starting this research, I completed in 2017 a master’s degree in Chemical Engineering at University of Leeds, United Kingdom. Here, I synthesized a responsive polymer using continuous reactor assembly. I hold a first class Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from University of Sierra Leone in 2012.
