The FT-IR spectrometer is equipped with standard optical components (KBr beam splitter, DLaTGS detector, and MIR source) for data acquisition in the mid-IR region from 6000 cm^-1 to 600 cm^-1.

It can operate in transmission mode or in attenuated total reflection (ATR) sampling configuration.
