FT-IR spectrometer can operate in transmission mode, employing the following features:

• high-performance DTGS (deuterated triglycine sulfate) MIR detector with a SNR of 14500:1
• conventional optical system featuring KBr windows for data collection over a spectral range of 7800 – 400 cm^-1 at the best resolution of 0.5 cm^-1.
