inVia Renishaw Raman microscope allows the acquisition of Raman signal from the UV to the far IR. Three excitation lasers (514 nm, 633 nm and 785nm) are preset and additional filter sets to select 457 nm and 488 nm wavelengths. The combination of lasers, filters, gratings and detectors can be changed to select the best condition to collect Raman data from the sample. Measuring chambers for temperature, humidity ad pressure control are available. Can be coupled with AFM for TERS measurements
